What You'll Do
Drive Growth Across Hardware and Industrial ChannelsCultivate and strengthen relationships with key retail and industrial partners. Understand customer needs, priorities, and challenges to deliver value-driven profitable solutions to grow the business. Identify and connect with decision-makers to expand collaboration and unlock growth.

Develop & Execute Winning StrategiesLead the execution of strategic sales initiatives to maximize business potential. Partner with Strategic Sales Leads and cross-functional teams to achieve sales and profit targets.

Expand Market ReachIdentify underpenetrated product categories and build plans to capture new opportunities. Increase Fiskars visibility during key promotional periods and trade events.

Deliver Insight Through DataAnalyze sales trends and performance to ensure accurate forecasting and operational excellence. Leverage insights to recommend actions that enhance growth and efficiency.

Collaborate Across the BusinessPartner closely with Marketing, NPD, Operations, Finance and Customer Service teams. Represent Fiskars Group at key sales shows and industry events.

Who You AreEducation: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience. Experience: 3-5 years of progressive sales experience in consumer goods, preferably with major retail or industrial accounts. Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, customer focus, business acumen, and strategic planning. Language: English (working proficiency).

Fiskars Group (FSKRS, Nasdaq Helsinki) is the global home of design-driven brands for indoor and outdoor living. Since 1649, we have designed products of timeless, purposeful, and functional beauty, while driving innovation and sustainable growth.
