The Creators team goal is to make Amazon the Earth's most desired destination for commerce influencers, associates and their content. The Creators Business Development team collaborates with strategic customers to build new, industry-specific partnership opportunities that directly impact and transform the way our Creators can partner, create, and earn at scale. In this role, you'll work directly with creators to support their success--helping them reach new audiences, create content that resonates with shoppers, and earn through Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
Identify and engage with high potential affiliate ready influencers to drive their
participation in the Amazon Influencer Program.
Execute influencer partnership strategies to leverage their reach and influence in
inspiring customers during their purchase journey and promoting the creation of commerce content
as a viable business and editorial opportunity.
Implement incentive plans and commission structures for influencer partners, ensuring
growth is achieved within established financial guardrails and budgetary constraints.
Collaborate with internal teams to maximize the visibility of influencer content across Amazon
marketing channels, maximizing return on investment and inspiring customers.
Utilize an analytical approach to prioritize opportunities, assess business impact, and regularly
report progress
Manage creator inquiries and program processes aimed at advancing best practice sharing, process refinement, and generating
innovative ideas for influencer marketing strategies.
Collaborate closely with Amazon internal teams to provide support for strategic Amazon
businesses and growth initiatives related to influencer marketing.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree
Experience in a professional field or military
Experience in exceeding quota and key performance metrics
Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
Experience in Excel and PowerPoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
----------------------------
Experience using Salesforce.com at an advanced level including the development of dashboards and reports, programing experience
