Who We Are



Allpropertyclaims is an FCA regulated niche business providing an end to end service for property owners to make a claim to their insurance company for water damage, leaks and fire damage. We will present the claim, survey and assess the costs of damage and negotiate a settlement after which we will carry out restoration and reinstatement works with our panel contractors. We are a small highly skilled team known and established for 12 years in the industry providing excellent customer service and concrete results for our clients.

Our service is FREE to clients as we cover all our costs from the building work approved in the insurance claims settlement.

We are a team of hardworking and accomplished individuals, all office-based in Wimbledon SW19 , working as a team and providing excellent customer service to clients who are making insurance claims for property damage. We operate at the very top of our game and nurture individuals who are prepared to use their own initiative and behave as owners in the firm .

There is a HUGE potential to generate awareness of this service to insurance brokers with clients who are property owners, block managing agents and plumbing and heating engineers and damp surveyors

What You Will Do



Create a Referral Network of Insurance Brokers , Block Managing Agents, Plumbing and Heating Engineers and Damp Surveyors to Source Claims and Onboard Clients :

Build a targeted list of prospects by desktop research Call insurance brokers with a large property owners book, Block Managing Agents and Plumbing and Heating Engineers and Surveyors Explain the service we offer to homeowners and property owners to deal with their property damage from leaks, burst pipes and water damage under their buildings insurance Arrange appointments with brokers, managing agents, plumbing and heating engineers to explain the benefits of our service face to face. to meet their key staff. Arrange meetings in the office with other referrers such as plumbing and heating engineers to market our referral program to them Actively source referrals of claims from the target segments Develop and nurture relationships from all referrers once they are on board to ensure a steady flow of business. Explain the company's service to referred policyholders and onboard them as new clients You will be required to fact find from each potential client , sell our service by phone and actively seek an instruction for us to deal with their insurance claim. Request insurance schedules Send out contracts to new prospects to onboard them Once onboarded , progress the client case to the stage where the claim is submitted.

Who We Are Looking For



Hungry, resourceful and entrepreneurial individual who thrives on getting in new business , earning commission and is used to making up to 60 phone calls per day Established, active and current contacts with insurance brokers, block managing agents or plumbing and heating engineers. Persuasive , skilled individual with a track record in selling a service on the phone and the ability to pitch a service convincingly Proven track record in selling a service or product to one or more of the above target markets. We are looking for someone who has the enthusiasm, energy and contacts to generate at least 5 claims a month in this role

Skills Needed



Excellent communicator who is convincing and persuasive Relentless, tenacious personality with a can-do attitude Methodical work style in dealing with prospects with rigorous follow up of leads Computer literacy and proficiency in Excel
We will train the successful candidate on our service, how to convince referrers to take it up and how to onboard referred leads as customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a succesful developer of new business with a proven track record looking for a new challenge with unlimited earning potential in a company which is an established player in the field. The OTE is 50,000 p.a. made up of a basic salary of 25,000 p.a. plus commission.
