Responsibilities



The successful individual will be responsible for the following.



Calling main contractors and ensuring that they are aware of our full product range. Booking appointments for the Head of New Business. Following up new enquiries into the business from main contractors and architects Follow up actions from BDM appointments. Track projects from early stages through to completion Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate customer information. Communicating with customers by telephone to follow up quotations and general account management updates Compile sales data to prepare reports for the Head of Business Development Manage the sales pipeline for the Head of Business Development Confidently promote OBEX, its services and products to customers
The above responsibilities are not exhaustive and will be tracked weekly in view of best return on investment.

Qualifications



Proven experience in business development or sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in using CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing client relationships. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented approach.
