The Role



Reporting to the MD and working in a close knit team, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for managing our relationships with broker accounts and customers by:

Managing and expanding our network of finance brokers and introducers. Helping build our direct-to-consumer channel, attracting and converting borrowers. Establishing and managing a panel of partner lenders to place deals outside our criteria. Overseeing loan applications, ensuring smooth communication between introducers, lenders, and clients.
This is a hands-on, office-based role in Hackney, London (with occasional flexibility to work from home).

What We Are Looking For



Experience in financial services, ideally with exposure to commercial lending, brokerage, or SME finance. Confident communicator, you will be the voice and face of Adelpha Capital to brokers, lenders and business owners. Commercially driven, ambitious, and proactive. Someone who wants to grow with a scaling business. Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

This is a rare opportunity to make your mark and shape how we build relationships with brokers, develop direct-to-consumer channels and grow our lender panel for deals we cannot fund directly.
