Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Support the marketing department by identifying and targeting new business opportunities through various channels.
Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects from initial contact to deal closure.
Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Develop tailored costing models to win new clients and renew existing clients
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to company revenue goals.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure deals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.
Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences to expand Bayleaf's reach.
Reporting & Strategy:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
Contribute to sales strategies to drive growth and improve processes.
Reporting into the Director
Requirements:
Ideally, good experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role.
Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
Familiarity with cleaning is a bonus
Experience using CRM software, ideally HubSpot
