We're now looking for a dynamic, self-motivated
Business Development Manager / Key Accounts Manager
to lead and expand our commercial growth across the UK and Europe.
The Role:
You'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, winning new business, and building long-term client relationships. The position offers scope, autonomy, and high earning potential for someone ambitious and results-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities across key sectors (National Commercial & Retail Outlets)
Build and manage a sales pipeline, from initial contact through to tender and close
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Collaborate with the operational and engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Prepare proposals, quotes, and assist with bid/tender documentation
Report to the Director and contribute to sales strategy development
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within key account management, M&E, security systems, or facilities services
Strong network and understanding of procurement processes in commercial and retail sectors
A confident communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Comfortable with regular travel (UK and Europe)
Self-starter with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
Looking to join the team around January 2026
