We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Leeds.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry.
Site visit's to current and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and present persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
Achieve sales and revenue targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development or sales within CCTV and security preferably into the construction industry.
Strong understanding of the construction landscape and related security needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A relevant degree or industry-related certifications would be an advantage.
