As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Prospecting and developing new business in your target market, pursuing leads and managing the sales process from enquiry to successful agreement
  • Managing large contracts with large organisations across multiple sites, providing a consultative sales approach when dealing with customers
  • Clear understanding of your target market, projects and potential customers
  • Implement a sales strategy to attract candidates in the market, giving a competitive edge on competitors
  • Report to the Business Development Director, working closely with them to plan how to open doors with prospective customers in the market to grow market share
  • Travel to meet customers face to face, delivering presentations and selling our clients service successfully
  • Dealing with Senior Stakeholders, Procurement Teams and Tender processes
  • Manage pipeline efficiently and report accurately using the CRM

  • Strong track record B2B sales experience is essential for this role

  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel across the UK

Our client is a market leading provider of commercial laundry and catering equipment, you will be joining a high performing well established team covering the UK. With a great reputation in the market already, you will be growing market share across the UK providing end to end service.

You will be responsible for working with Contractors, Architects and Specifiers in the Commercial New Build sector to ensure product specification.
