The Business Development Manager shall be responsible for generating and securing new business opportunities, enhancing the Company's market position, and achieving sustainable financial growth in accordance with the Company's strategic plans. The role shall include, but is not limited to, identifying and pursuing prospective clients, fostering and maintaining long-term business relationships, negotiating and closing commercial agreements, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure the delivery of products and services in line with client requirements and the Company's standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive business growth in domestic and international markets.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities across e-commerce platform.
Expand and manage relationships with suppliers and partners.
Lead strategic planning for online sales and market expansion.
Oversee brand development and digital marketing effort.
Ensure smooth operation from sourcing to delivery.
Monitor key performance metrics to guide business decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high service standards.
Support recruitment and contribute to team development.
Check the in-stock products and online availability for buying listing products.
Provide support to colleagues within the scope of day-to-day operations.
Select the product photographs and upload them according to the business requirements.
Track the order from processing, packing, dispatching and until deliver to the customer.
Experience:
1 year of experience in relevant industry (necessary).
Hands-on experience with order processing and online customer service through email, chat, or social media platforms.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) or content management systems.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
