Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager within LIFE SCIENCES.

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SELLING LIFE SCIENCES RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS IN THESE MARKETS

This role is integral to expanding our clients market presence and driving growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, with a proven track record of achieving targets and fostering long-term relationships.

Duties



Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential areas for growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals and presentations. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies. Utilise Salesforce software to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics. Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes for senior management.

Skills



Proven experience in business development or sales in life science recruitment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Excellent negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. Proficient in using Salesforce software for managing client relationships and sales processes. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being able to work independently.

Pay: Up to 70,000.00 per year
