Business Development Manager - Construction Sales (Fit-Out/Refits)

Salary: 55,000 base + OTE 100,000-110,000

We're on the lookout for a sharp, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing construction team in London.
About the Role:
As a BDM, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across the construction sector--particularly within the interior fit-out and commercial refurbishment space. You'll be backed by a strong delivery team and a respected brand with a proven track record.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and build strong relationships across the London market
Pitch to clients and consult on bespoke fit-out/refit solutions
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless delivery
Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
What We're Looking For:
Proven sales experience in construction, ideally within interior fit-out/refurbishment
A solid network of industry contacts in London or the South East
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage your own pipeline
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
UK driving license preferred
