Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and a deep understanding of the software industry, particularly experience with Salesforce.

Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Create and implement strategic business development plans that align with the company's objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective campaigns that promote our software solutions. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our products to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and features. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for growth. Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.

Requirements



Proven experience in business development or sales within the software industry. Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Demonstrated ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations effectively. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and overcoming challenges.

Pay: 44,608.00-49,259.00 per year
