Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to enhance our market presence. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of sales processes, particularly in utilising sales CRM software to manage client relationships effectively.
Responsibilities
Qualify and assess new client leads using our pre assessment and affordability form.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Utilise sales CRM software for tracking leads, managing client interactions, automation and reporting on sales activities.
Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Experience
Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a relevant industry such as wellness, mental health and addiction treatment.
Strong proficiency in using sales CRM software for managing customer relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that drive growth and profitability.
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
