The Role
We're looking for a proactive and ambitious
Business Development Manager
to join our London studio. This is a key role in driving seventy7's growth, you'll be at the heart of building new relationships, identifying opportunities, and shaping how we expand.

What you'll do
Deliver growth and hit sales targets, building on our strong reputation in creative content
Respond to inbound enquiries with engaging proposals that win business
Drive outbound sales activity from prospecting and lead generation to pitching and closing
Build long-lasting client relationships in partnership with our Client Services Team
Research and qualify prospects, identifying decision-makers and opportunities in target sectors
Own the sales process end-to-end: pipeline management, KPIs, reporting, and conversion
Collaborate with our Marketing Team to ensure campaigns generate quality leads
Be the first point of contact for all new business enquiries managing them from lead to signed deal
Represent seventy7 at networking events, building a strong industry profile
What you'll bring
Proven track record in
new business acquisition
(both inbound and outbound)
Strong
lead generation
skills and experience closing high-value deals
Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation
skills
Ability to build trust quickly with clients and internal teams
Experience producing
compelling sales proposals
and delivering pitches
Highly organised, able to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Knowledge and passion for retail sectors, especially
technology, beauty, fashion, jewellery, and home
Familiarity with
CRM and sales tools
for effective pipeline management
