Following strong market growth in the UK, Blauberg UK are looking to expand our sales team with the addition of an Area Business Development Manager to take ownership of one of the most dynamic markets in the country and play a pivotal role in our next phase of growth.
The Role
As Area Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind sales across London, working directly with consultants, contractors, developers, and mechanical & electrical companies to ensure our Blauberg products are the first choice. You'll combine technical expertise with commercial flair to win specifications, secure orders, and build long-term customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively grow sales across London and the south east by winning specifications and converting opportunities into orders.
Build strong relationships with M&E consultants, contractors, and developers, positioning our brand as the partner of choice.
Deliver compelling presentations, CPDs, and product demonstrations to influence decision-makers.
Identify and track major project opportunities, managing them from concept through to delivery.
Work closely with internal technical, design, and project teams to provide tailored solutions.
Keep your finger on the pulse of the London market - spotting trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
Represent the business at key industry events and networking forums.
What We're Looking For
Proven track record in sales/business development within the ventilation or wider HVAC industry.
Strong network and relationships with consultants, contractors, and M&E companies in the London area.
Deep understanding of ventilation products - ideally including AHUs, fans, and MVHR systems.
A dynamic, commercially-minded professional with the hunger to drive growth.
Confident in presenting technical solutions and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across London.

50k - 60k Base Salary + uncapped commission.
