Do you want to be part of a fast paced, forward thinking, nationwide lettings agency? We are seeking a Business Development Manger to join our office in Lytham St Anne's.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving growth within the organisation. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new partnerships. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company's offerings. Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and attract new clients through networking, marketing campaigns and partnerships.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably within a relevant industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.
