THE JOB

The Major Account Business Development Manager is responsible for 100% new, Major Account business development in the Northwest and Northeast of England and will be part of a very successful senior sales team.

THE COMPANY:

THE CANDIDATE:
We encourage applications from those working in the industry who have experience of managing senior stakeholders to take them on a journey to your solution. Be able to demonstrate Self-generation and pipeline development of new business Major Accounts comprising of opportunity values up to \xc2\xa31.0m per annum, you will be excellent at working to tight and conflicting tender deadlines and providing expert guidance and consultation to customers in the design, development, and implementation of sustainable, commercially, and operationally viable waste management solutions.

Here\'s what we require.

  • Strong Field sales experience.
  • Experience in selling B2B solutions and/or services-based contracts.
  • Experience in responding and leading on details tender submissions.
  • Successful track record in securing contracts with annual revenues over \xc2\xa3100,000.
  • Background of working in close collaboration with multiple internal stakeholder groups to develop solutions/proposals.
  • Knowledge and experience of a consultative approach to new business proposals.
  • Creation and delivery of customer centric solution presentations.
  • Have a passion to succeed, working on their initiative, they will strive to meet and exceed company and personal targets.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic salary of \xc2\xa338,000 - \xc2\xa352,000 and OTE \xc2\xa324,000 with the potential to achieve higher. Company car/car allowance. Plus, a fantastic ongoing career progression opportunities!
