We are recruiting this key role for the next exciting phase of United Legal Assistance's expansion.
We are recruiting a Business Development Manager who can work with an experienced existing team to proactively develop new work sources, including Insurance Brokers and Fleets.
We are looking for someone with a track record of working within the insurance industry with previous experience of generating work sources within. Including insurance Brokers, fleets and groups.
Some key responsibilities of the role will be: Assist with managing and developing new Broker & Fleet relationships to exceed the business growth plan. Manage multiple relationships at all levels with external companies. Influence and incentivise all Brokers, liaising with marketing and lead generation companies to help delivery of targets. Generate leads. Successfully work in a targeted environment.
Strong experience of developing new Insurance Broker business and relationship management. Self-motivated. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Clear, concise, and articulate with an ability to be influential when required.

Pay: 40,000.00-100,000.00 per year
