This is a full-time role for an On the Road Business Development Manager at Hawkstone Motor Finance. The BDM will manage client accounts, build strong relationships with Dealers new and old, provide financial guidance, and assist the office in gaining new and more dealers to increase the proposal levels.
Experience
Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the same industry sector.
Demonstrable success in generating new business opportunities and achieving targets.
Ability to provide financial guidance .
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

30,000 basic salary with an uncapped Commission Structure.
