The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to market our business services solutions to SME and enterprise-level organisations.
Proactively identify and engage key decision-makers within target companies.
Manage and nurture a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to clients' needs.
Lead negotiations and secure contracts for business services.
Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using our CRM system.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within businesses and professional services sectors.
About You
You will have:
A demonstrable track record of successful B2B sales, specifically selling business / agency / professional services or solutions into SME and enterprise organisations.
Strong understanding of the SME, professional services sector and/or enterprise-level challenges.
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
High levels of self-motivation, organisation, and initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
A results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
