We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of building relationships and closing deals. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing client satisfaction.
Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
Utilise Salesforce software to track leads, manage client interactions, and report on sales performance.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company's services and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably within a related industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in using Salesforce software for managing leads and client communications.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
