Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, with a keen understanding of CRM software and Salesforce to manage client relationships effectively. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to enhance our service offerings.

Duties



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services. Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and report on progress towards targets. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals. Attend meetings with stakeholders to discuss project updates, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Experience



Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within a similar industry. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships and sales processes. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt strategies based on market conditions.
