Role overview



The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across different markets. This is a field-based role that combines generating new leads with managing existing accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.

The successful candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and highly organised, with a proven ability to build rapport quickly and professionally. A positive, "can-do" attitude and strong interpersonal skills are essential, making this role ideal for someone who is confident, motivated, and thrives on creating connections.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients. Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline, and client interactions.

Key Requirements



Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Highly motivated with the ability to work independently. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Professional, approachable, and confident personality. Full UK driving licence.
Salary and commission will be discussed based on experience and prior track record.

Full UK Driving Licence is essential and willingness to travel with overnight stays.
