About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Business Development Manager

to work with us on a

self-employed, independent contractor basis

, suitable for individuals who are comfortable working autonomously, managing their own schedule, and taking responsibility for their results. The role operates on a

performance-based compensation model

and does not include a fixed salary.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business development and marketing activities aligned with company objectives Generate and manage qualified enquiries through to conversion Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients Support the onboarding process for new customers Participate in ongoing personal development and leadership training Use digital and AI-powered tools to support lead generation, engagement, and follow-up

Skills & Experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strategic thinker with a proactive, professional approach Interest in leadership, personal development, and continuous learning Comfortable using digital tools, office applications, and social platforms

Engagement & Compensation

Self-employed / contractor role (not employed)

Performance-based earnings

Pay: 50,000.00-120,000.00 per year
