About the role The Global Business Retail & Premium team owns and drives strategic business development initiatives for our product partnerships. It manages Revolut\'s paid plan offerings and strategic counterparty relationships globally.
We\'re looking for a Business Development Manager who\'s brave enough to take responsibility for getting the deal done A sharp mind who\'ll get detailed knowledge and understanding of every aspect of our super app and all things Retail. Someone to relentlessly pursue new opportunities and close those already in the pipeline. A complete end-to-end finisher who always pushes projects to implementation.

What you\'ll be doing

  • Conducting sophisticated research and analysis on market trends, competition, customer behaviours, and Revolut\'s positioning to yield key insights that drive new product roadmaps
  • Managing independently and proactively high impact relationships in the UK, EU, and Globally with sophisticated bank and non-bank financial institutions
  • Developing new products and features with partners to continue Revolut\'s hyper growth
  • Acting as owner and point of contact of these relationships internally and representing Revolut externally
What you\'ll need
  • Working rights in the country where you would prefer to work
  • A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones and to enjoy working with data
  • Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact
  • An interest in the financial industry
  • 2 years experience in Business Development, driving B2B2C / D2C opportunities and exceeding targets
  • Fluency in English with outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills
Nice to have
  • Prior experience working in a startup, tech company, investment bank, or consulting firm
