If you have strong business development and sales experience from an agency that specialises in experiential, brand activation, PR or Social Media - this could be the one for you!

Since 2016 they have built up an enviable roster of clients, including amazing brands like adidas, Boots, Carlsberg, Meta, Grey Goose, Reebok - for whom they have produced some benchmark setting campaigns.

As the agency embarks on their next phase of growth they are looking for a new business partner to help them achieve their ambitious targets to cement their position as an innovator within their sector.

The New Business and Marketing Manager is a newly created position and will carry responsibility for the pipeline that will turbo-charge net-new agency growth. You\'ll work closely with their sister agencies and alongside the MD, becoming the external face of this exciting agency. You\'ll have resources available to you, such as a lead generation agency partner, but will also actively hunt down new opportunities and long term client targets. It\'s key that you have a great knowledge - and contacts with - culture based brands to complement the existing client base.

We are looking for a hands-on business developer to take ownership of the whole lead gen and demand gen strategy with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will need to show a genuine passion for brand experience, culture and new business expertise and be super confident in offering clients strategic consultancy and even happier closing deals.

Important Note - Agency experience is a MUST for this role - you must have had exposure to and an understanding of what a brand experience/brand activation agency does.
