Summary



We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team at PIVOT365 Limited. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving growth and expanding our client base while ensuring that our high standards of service are maintained. This position is vital for enhancing our market presence and achieving our business objectives.

Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company goals. Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

Requirements



Proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably with a signage background. Strong knowledge of Pipedrive or similar CRM software is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
