An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager (Security Manned Guarding) to join UK Protection Ltd, working in the Central London area.
What the role is:
Identification, generation and sales conversion to meet sales and margin targets to develop UK Protection's manned guarding client portfolio.
What we need from you - skill base requirements:
Essential
Constant & effective target achiever and closer
Proven experience of selling in the security manned guarding sector
Operational, Technical and Innovative mind to provide real customer solutions
Up to date with the security manned guarding industry, latest trends and best practices
PC literate with good MS Office level skills: Word. PowerPoint, Excel and CRM systems
Quality presenter (to support bids)
Commercial astuteness / experience and understanding of TUPE
Hardworking, confident, disciplined, adaptable, passionate, determined and pragmatic with sound judgement and decision making with a 'hands on', problem solving approach autonomously or as part of a team
Smart appearance (as a brand ambassador)
Strong organisation, planning and time management skills with high attention to detail. Including an ability to plan and prioritise to meet timescales and deadlines.
