Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to represent our Northern Hub in Sheffield. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential and existing customers, and driving growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and marketing, with proficiency in CRM software to manage customer interactions effectively.

Responsibilities



Generate and convert new business enquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's offerings.

Experience



Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a plant hire / construction environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively. Proficient with IT, and software such as Outlook, Excel and Word. Experience with MCS rental software would be beneficial . A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 40,000.00-42,000.00 per year
