What You'll Be Doing:

Identifying and securing new revenue opportunities

with sports organisations and brand partners.

Leading on

client relationships

- ensuring their needs aren't just met but consistently

exceeded

.

Acting as a

project lead

, working across internal teams to deliver digital campaigns and commercial activations.

Driving the adoption of our

state-of-the-art technology

within new and existing partnerships.

Representing TMA at virtual and in-person industry events, building your profile as well as ours.

o We're Looking for Someone Who:

Has

3+ years' experience

in sport and/or project management, with a knack for turning opportunity into action.

Is

outgoing, driven, and confident

- a natural relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-moving, people-first environment.

Understands what makes

clubs, governing bodies and brands tick

, and how to deliver value that matters.

Can juggle multiple priorities, manage stakeholder expectations, and

deliver results

Is based in the

Edinburgh or Glasgow area

with the ability to travel occasionally for meetings or events.

Have experience working with or within sport governing bodies or marketing agencies.
