Role Overview
This is a proactive, outbound-focused role responsible for generating new business opportunities for our Consultants. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing Darwin, identifying needs, and booking high quality, qualified sales meetings. Using online methods, outbound calling and attending events.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys speaking with people, and is motivated by targets, growth, and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively contact prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to introduce Darwin Technology Solutions.
Generate qualified leads from specified data (cold & warm). Book high quality sales meetings for Consultants.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients within our CRM (Pipedrive), with regular touchpoints scheduled.
Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to support effective outreach.
Understand and communicate the value of Darwin's services.
Follow up on marketing campaigns, events, and inbound enquiries.
Work closely with the Operations Director and Lead Consultants to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
Track activity, performance metrics, and outcomes to support forecasting and reporting.
Always Represent Darwin Technology Solutions professionally and confidently.
Skills & Experience Essential
Experience in telemarketing, lead generation, inside sales, or business development preferred.
Must be a self-starter and able to manage time effectively.
Confident communicator with excellent telephone and written communicationskills.
Strong ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
Comfortable working in a fast paced, target driven environment.
Tech savvy and able to learn new products, services, and systems quickly.Desirable
Experience working within a technology, IT services, or consultancy environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred but not essential).
Understanding of IT services, cloud, cybersecurity, or digital transformation.Personal Attributes

Flexible working options
Base Salary Range 26-36k Annually/Pro Rata Part-Time Plus Commission - Salary negotiable dependant on experience.
