We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Turkish Speaking Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence into the Turkish Property/Real Estate Market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business development strategies, familiarity with property market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing our sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for expansion.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
Utilise in-house software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and report on sales activities.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Experience
Proven experience in business development or sales management within a Property/Real Estate industry.
Strong proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
