This role is about
hustle, relationships and results
: you'll be in the field every day, opening doors, nurturing independents, and reporting on your performance. Experience in FMCG or e-commerce sales is a plus, but what really counts is your ability to create opportunities and grow revenue.

What you'll be doing
Expanding our footprint across
independent retail, wholefood & speciality stores, gyms and nutrition networks
.
Building strong long-term partnerships that drive
sell-through and repeat business
.
Running
local activations and tastings
to get Vilgain products into more hands.
Delivering
daily reporting
on pipeline, wins and KPIs.
Acting as the
local face of Vilgain
- working closely with our Sales Manager, CFO and CEO.
Managing your region independently - with regular travel and face-to-face client visits.
What we're looking for
Proven experience in
independent retail / FMCG / fitness sales
(e-commerce knowledge a plus).
Performance mindset - comfortable with
targets, KPIs and daily reporting
.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to win and keep partners.
Fluent English.
Valid UK driving licence + willingness to spend most of your time on the road.
