We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our organisation. Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth targets and expand the organisation's market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs to tailor solutions accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and analyse sales data for informed decision-making.
Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities or threats.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and strategic initiatives for senior management.
Experience
Proven track record in business development or sales roles within relevant industries.
Extensive experience using Salesforce CRM or similar CRM platforms to manage client relationships and sales processes.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and customer relationship management.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects effectively.
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that deliver measurable results.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders confidently.
