We are growing - and we are looking for a results-driven
Business Development Manager
to lead our sales strategy, grow our client base, and take our commercial operations to the next level.
The Role
You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue, and strengthen client relationships. You will work closely with our leadership team and operations managers to identify opportunities and position Transervice Group as the go-to logistics partner.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business development efforts across the UK, focusing on groupage, FTL, LTL, and pallet network services
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Develop tailored proposals and solutions to meet client transport and logistics needs
Track performance metrics, report on KPIs, and contribute to strategic planning
About You
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the logistics industry, and can build strong commercial relationships.
You'll Need:
3+ years of experience in transport/logistics sales (ideally with pallet networks or general haulage)
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets, selling on service.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong commercial awareness and solution-selling approach
Self-motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Full UK driving licence (Car owner)
