Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business opportunities across key markets
Build strong relationships with potential clients and industry partners
Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing deals
Lead and contribute to
tenders

bids
, and
proposal writing
Maintain an organised
sales pipeline using CRM systems
Track commercial performance against KPIs and revenue targets
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in
business development
,
sales
,
Account Management or a commercial role
Confident with numbers, budgeting, and identifying growth opportunities
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
Familiar with
CRM systems
and using data to inform strategy
Experience contributing to or leading tenders and bids
A proactive, results-driven approach with a team mindset
