r. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. Previous top-management or supervising experience in hospitality is essential. The ideal applicant will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience with CRM software.

Essential duties:
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets; Participating in strategic planning for business and marketing objectives..
Foster and develop relationships with customers, clients, partners so that you can generate repeat business as well as finding new opportunities.
Meet with customers/clients face-to-face or over the phone, understand the needs of the customers and be able to respond effectively.
Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them.
Ensure staff are on board throughout the organisation, and understand the need for change and what is required of them,
Working closely with the Marketing Team to ensure effective promotions and brand visibility, discuss promotional strategy and activities.
Oversee all day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring efficiently and compliance with company policies; ways of improving the way the business operates.
Managing and updating spa facilities and equipment
Supervising the Front of House team, improving systems and processes.
Leading, training and supporting staff to insure excellent customer service, arranging external training where appropriate
Optimising staff rota and customers bookings to maximise revenue and profitability.
Ensuring all Health & Safety requirements are met, including fire safety, licencing, food hygiene, ventilation and energy management.
Administering company policies fairly and consistently, working closely with HR.
Monitoring and analysing performance metrics to identify areas for improvements.
Liaise with the finance team and stakeholders.
Developing and improving services and operational procedures, managing operational costs.
Key Skills:
Previous Spa business development experience
Good level or Russian and English language, written and spoken
