The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue through new business acquisition. Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise value for the company and client.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery.
Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and conferences to build brand visibility.

Essential:
Experience in a business development, sales, or client relationship management role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
Commercially minded with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
