We're looking for a Business Development and Marketing Assistant to join our friendly, forward-


thinking team at Constantia Healthcare Group, a family of nine care homes that put people first.


If you've got around a year's experience in marketing, social media, or PR and you're eager to get


hands-on experience and see your ideas come to life, this could be your perfect next step!

What You'll Be Doing




You'll work closely with our Business Development and Marketing Manager to shout about the


brilliant things happening in our homes and help shape how we connect with families, communities,


and the wider care sector.

About The Role



Your days will include:



Creating eye-catching graphics and videos for social media Writing engaging posts, press releases, and marketing content Brainstorming fresh campaign ideas and bringing them to life Supporting the day-to-day marketing for all our homes Crafting press releases and building media relationships Liaising with external agencies on website updates and projects Designing email marketing campaigns using Brevo Helping us find new ways to grow and showcase what makes us special Creating and managing social media ads to boost visibility and engagement Creating and optimising Google Ads to drive enquiries and brand awareness

What You'll Need



Around a year's experience in marketing, social media, or PR Great written English and attention to detail A positive attitude, creative flair, and eagerness to learn
