TPT is looking for a motivated individual to support our Business Development team in driving innovation and business growth.

About the Role




In this role, you'll help generate new business in all our pensions products. You'll support lead generation, manage processes, and help keep our team digitally driven and data-focused.

You will be responsible for



Promoting digital solutions and research AI tools for efficiency. Managing the web journey and qualifying sales leads with Marketing. Organising sales meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-up. Keeping the CRM updated with key market information. Overseeing CRM data quality and working with the team on updates. Assisting with sales and professional trustee analysis. Collaborating with Business Development on strategy and process. Using PowerBI for dashboard and data development. Maintaining accurate MI and CRM records. Producing proposals, presentations, and board papers with RFP/Operations. Representing TPT at events, and maintain event calendars. Supporting competitor analysis and TPT's market positioning.

Skills & Experience

Educated to degree level in a business or analytics related topic, or equivalent in relevant experience. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage time and priorities effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work with all levels of stakeholders. Team player, self-motivated, and proactive in taking ownership. Comfortable with digital tools including CRM and PowerBI experience desirable (training available). Proficient in Microsoft office suite. Project management skills; delivers high-quality work to tight deadlines. Forward-thinking, innovative, and aware of best AI practices. Customer-focused; tracks and adapts performance to meet targets. Thrives under pressure in fast-paced environments, meeting deadlines with accuracy.
