We are seeking a
motivated and results-driven Business Development & Partnership Executive
to join our dynamic UK team.

business development, partnership management, event coordination, and promotional activities

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through
networking, referrals, and market research
.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
Prepare and deliver
compelling presentations and proposals
to potential clients and partners.
Work closely with the marketing team to design
targeted campaigns
that generate leads and growth opportunities.
Use
CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
to manage client interactions, track business activities, and report performance metrics.
Stay informed about
industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
to support strategic decision-making.
2. Partnership Management
Build and nurture partnerships with
universities, innovation hubs, accelerators, investors, and corporate partners
.
Support the negotiation and preparation of partnership agreements and related documentation.
Coordinate cross-border communications between the UK, EU, and China teams to ensure effective collaboration.
3. Event Planning & Coordination
Assist in the planning and execution of
CENTI events
, such as trade missions, innovation summits, and business delegations.
Manage event logistics, liaise with venues and vendors, and ensure smooth on-site execution.
Represent CENTI at
industry conferences, networking events, and meetings
, promoting the company and expanding connections.
4. Marketing & Promotion
Support
branding and promotional campaigns
for CENTI across the UK and Europe.
Create content for
social media, newsletters, and bilingual (English & Chinese) marketing materials
.
Assist with PR activities to raise CENTI's profile within the innovation ecosystem.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in
business development, partnerships, or sales
, preferably in technology, innovation, or investment-related industries.
Experience with event coordination and cross-border projects is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of
CRM software
; Salesforce proficiency highly desirable.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
and basic data analysis tools.
Languages:
Fluency in
English
(written and verbal) is essential.
Mandarin Chinese proficiency
is highly desirable for cross-border communication.
Other Skills:
