Agency Builder Program - Broadband, Charity & Energy Sales Earn While You Build

Location: Remote & Field-Based (UK preferred) Compensation: day rate, Commission + Bonuses + Equity Path

We're looking for ambitious individuals ready to step into the world of high-commission field sales and grow into running their own agency.

Whether you're new to sales or an experienced rep, our Agency Builder Program is a fast-track to income, independence, and ownership. You'll start by learning how to close deals in sectors like broadband, charity fundraising, and energy switching and progress to leading your own team or agency under our proven system.

What You'll Do:

Represent trusted brands in broadband (e.g. community fibre), charities, or green energy Conduct B2C or B2B sales face-to-face, telesales, or hybrid Get full training on compliance, product knowledge, and closing techniques Start as a sales rep or team leader, then graduate into managing your own team or agency Option to white-label your own sales company under our licensing model Earn equity, overrides, and territory rights as you scale
Ideal for People Who:

Are self-motivated and hungry to earn 1,000-4,000+ per month (uncapped) Want to run their own sales business or agency within 6-12 months Are confident communicators or eager to become one Want hands-on business mentorship while they earn Value freedom, leadership, and financial growth
