We're expanding and looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our team as
Business Development Representatives (BDRs)

What You'll Be Doing: Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
Introduce Apprentify's digital apprenticeship and training solutions to potential clients
Book qualified meetings for the senior sales team
Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and targeting strategies
Use CRM tools to track activity and maintain an organised sales pipeline
What We're Looking For:
We don't expect you to come from a sales background. Instead, we're looking for:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence speaking to new people and building rapport quickly
A self-starter attitude with a hunger to learn and grow
Resilience, adaptability, and a positive mindset
Backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, or any people-focused role are welcomed
