Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to drive growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, initiating conversations with potential clients, and setting the foundation for long-term partnerships in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach:
Identify potential healthcare clients through market research and outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Lead Qualification:
Engage with decision-makers to understand their staffing needs and determine how Xpress Health can support them.
Pipeline Building:
Nurture and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads for the senior sales team.
Client Engagement:
Schedule discovery calls or product demos with Sales Managers, ensuring a seamless handoff.
Market Insights:
Stay informed about industry trends, client challenges, and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies.
CRM Updates:
Track all activities and client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Sales, Recruitment, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on outreach and lead generation strategies.
Feedback Loop:
Provide insights from client interactions to help improve messaging, service offerings, and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment (healthcare or tech industry preferred).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confident, resilient, and motivated to exceed targets.
Excellent research, time management, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outbound sales strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
