Business Development Representative (BDR) - UK & I

Description
Bright Data's Sales team is looking for a passionate Business Development Representative with a hunter's mindset and excellent communication skills to join us and play a critical role in generating new business opportunities.
As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for identifying prospects, understanding their needs, and convert interest into pipeline.
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer challenges, needs, and goals.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
Stay up to date on Bright Data's solutions, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospects.
Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including lead generation and meeting quotas.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a BDR role or lead generation role from a SaaS B2B company
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
Technical orientation with the ability to learn and articulate complex technical solutions effectively.
Familiarity with the data industry, web scraping, or data-driven solutions is a big advantage.
