Duties
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Engage with prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Utilise the companies CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for closing deals and achieving targets.
Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
Attend networking events and industry events to promote the company's services.
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is essential.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
