Job Description

Provident CRM is a well-established and fast-growing CRM solutions provider, founded over 20 years ago by three college friends and built on strong relationships, transparency and innovation. As the business continues to evolve and expand across Northern Ireland and Great Britain, we are creating a new Business Development Representative role to support our ambitious growth plans.

The Role



The Business Development Representative will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and increasing brand awareness across Northern Ireland and GB. Working closely with the CRO and supported by an established marketing team, you will focus on building a strong sales pipeline and working towards clearly defined KPIs.

Key responsibilities include:



Proactively generating and qualifying new business development leads.

Raising awareness of Provident CRM and its solutions across Northern Ireland and Great Britain.

Creating and progressing sales opportunities across a wide range of sectors, including

Local and central government Manufacturing Logistics Automotive
Working towards agreed KPIs and performance targets.

Engaging with prospects via telephone, online meetings and face-to-face meetings.

Attending relevant networking events, trade shows and exhibitions.

Accurately managing leads, activity and pipeline within the CRM system.

Collaborating closely with the marketing team to maximise campaign and lead-generation activity.

About You



We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded individual who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities.

You will have:

A minimum of 3 years' experience selling SaaS solutions or professional services.

A high level of understanding of CRM systems and how organisations use them.

Strong telephone manner and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience working to targets and KPIs.

A proactive, self-driven approach with the confidence to represent the business externally.

A full, clean driving licence and access to a car.

Desirable:

Third-level education.

Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office suite.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in Northern Ireland or its surrounding areas.

Working Arrangements



Face-to-face prospect meetings across Northern Ireland / Ireland.

Occasional travel to Dublin thereafter for meetings and collaboration.
