What will I be doing?




As a

Business Development Representative (BDR)

at SAP Fioneer, you will be the first point of contact between prospective clients and our Lending Solutions team. You will identify, engage, and qualify leads, helping build a strong sales pipeline for our Account Executives. This role is perfect for a recent graduate with a background in

economics, business, or finance

, who is eager to start a commercial career in Fintech.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events to generate new qualified leads. Research financial institutions, lending trends, and target accounts to identify key decision-makers and opportunities. Clearly communicate SAP Fioneer's Lending Solutions value proposition to prospects. Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine their fit, needs, and buying intent. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). Collaborate closely with Account Executives in terms of qualified opportunities and contribute to territory planning. Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and event outreach initiatives. Continuously build industry knowledge around digital lending, financial services operations, and core banking technology.

Requirements



Recent graduate (0-2 years of experience) with a degree in

Economics, Business, Finance, Management, or a related field

. Strong interest in financial technology, digital lending, and the banking sector. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. Strong analytical and research skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously.
