, PaceOps' structured internal training programme designed to develop confident, high-performing inside sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities via phone, email, and LinkedIn 60-70 connected outbound calls a day Research and qualify prospective clients Represent client brands and clearly communicate product and service value Conduct virtual and occasional face-to-face meetings Maintain and update CRM systems Track KPIs and report on sales activity weekly

Requirements

Essential:

Degree in any subject (or strong motivation with relevant experience) Excellent communication and organisational skills Resilient, target-driven, and eager to learn Confident using computers and office software

Desirable:

Sales, customer service, or call-based experience CRM and LinkedIn experience Comfortable working remotely

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:00pm No weekends

Location

This is a

fully remote role

. Travel to our Cambridge HQ is required for onboarding on your first day (expenses paid). Occasional travel may be required.

Pay: 24,800.00-25,000.00 per year
